In our current studio experience, users have no way to easily transfer photos from their phone to their desktop, resulting in a significant amount of cart abandonment.

Our interface lacked a cohesive design system, resulting in inconsistencies and usability issues. Without unified styles, typography, and components, the fragmented execution hindered user navigation and interaction.
This system rectified 100+ instances of accessibility issues across the site, created a framework for visual consistency, and significantly accelerated our design process. Accelerated UAT and knowledge sharing led to a significant increase in delivery cadence.

The challenge at hand was to leverage user feedback from grocery shoppers to enhance market insights. To address this, we sought to incentivize user engagement through a virtual currency system integrated within the SwagBucks platform.
Upon its launch, members of the Shoply network drove over $700m in annual gross merchandise value (GMV). The application has since rebranded to "Tada" but still holds a 4.6 star rating within the app store.
